    Day of Defeat Empty Day of Defeat

    I just downloaded an old version of Day of Defeat (the original, not Day of Defeat: Source), were should I install it? I have Half-Life 1 non-Steam (WON), version 1.1.0.8. Does anybody know where I should install it (the default directory is probably not right, so I didn't even try it). Here is a screenshot of the installer, with the default directory currently set:

    As far as i know, I don't think it matters much where you install a lot of games, seeing as they give you a choice of where you want it to be installed to. The registry keys are still going to be made on your computer regardless of what folder you put it in. As long as it's somewhere you wont end up deleting, moving or tampering with it should be fun?

    Try out the default and keep the installer, if it doesn't work you can try looking up where it should be?

    Edit: Is this another mod for the game?
